Appointments
You may make an appointment to see your doctor by telephoning 023 8044 6735 or by calling personally at the appointments desk.
Routine consultations are 10 minutes by appointment only and are booked from 8.30am.
Appointments are available for every morning and afternoon per week.
We operate a Walk-in Emergency Surgery between 8.30am and 10.30am each morning, where patients with a need to be seen on the day will walk in, check in and wait to be seen.
As we are a group practice you may not always see your preferred Doctor.
Please make one appointment for each person who wishes to see the doctor.
If you cannot keep an appointment please tell us as soon as possible.

Consultations for Patients aged 16 to 74, who have not been seen for three or more years:
If you are aged between 16 to 75 years and haven’t been seen for three years, you may request a general health check appointment.
Consultations for Patients aged 75 years +:
If you are aged over 75 years and have not been seen for twelve months, you may request a general health check appointment.
We will be happy to provide the above consultation and undertake any examinations appropriate at that time.
Out of Hours arrangements
Southampton City Primary Care Trust are responsible for providing out of hours services to our Patients.
Our Surgery is closed overnight from 6.30pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday and all weekend.

Your details will then me taken and you will be offered advice, a consultation or a home visit, depending upon your medical condition.
