Online Services helps patients, as they can avoid busy phone lines and continue to the service out of hours.
· Book, Cancel and Amend Appointments - You can now book, cancel and check appointments, any time, night and day. You can also view past appointments (up to five).
· Patient Questions - Allows patients to submit non-urgent questions to a central practice message screen, where administration staff can answer routine queries.
· Change of Contact details - Patients can amend their address, phone number and email address details over the internet. The changes are vetted by the Practice before acceptance and should the new address not be within our Practice Boundary you will receive a letter from us informing you of this.
· Repeat Prescribing - This enables patients to view a list of their current repeat medication and request a re-issue of items they require. The completed prescription will then be ready for collection at the reception desk 2 working days following the receipt of the request after 2pm.
